Back: Laurence E, Kevin G, Martin P, Rob S, Charlie N, Alan B. Front: Paul W, Graham N, Andy G, Jeff D, Mark K, Abbi H. Melksham, Swindon, Cirencester Phoenix, and Jeff's and Alan's Calne teams all met on a sunny Monday morning at Beversbrook, Calne. It was an enjoyable morning of 65s football (with a few 60s concessions) with Swindon and Al's Calne playing out a draw in the final, and agreeing to retire immediately to the pub rather than go through a penalty shootout. So, players, referees and supporters headed off to a local hostelry for a refreshing beverage and a bite to eat - the way it should be!

CHAMPIONS: Back: John W, Charlie N, Kevin G. Front: Paul W, Alan B, Ollie S. Calne Walking Football Club's introduction to the Hampshire FA Walking Football League was met with a heavy downpour and the only goal to be conceded (There was no connection!) . But once we settled down to the strict three touch rule, the sun came out and we picked up maximum points from the remaining four games, finishing top of Ligue 1* and collecting the winners trophy. Thanks to the organisers, referees and opposition teams, for an enjoyable morning.
